Step 1 - Cleansing

Cleansing is the first step to skin care. Keep it simple. Do not use harsh products on skin, they can dry the skin and clog pores which beats the purpose of cleansing.

The cleanser i'm going to talk about is Oats based. I add turmeric to it which helps in scars and inflammation.

As using this cleanser can get a little messy you can use it in the night after removal of make-up.

I come across a lot of people who do not know the benefits of oats on skin and hair, listed a few below

  • Oats have been used as early as 2000BC by Egyptians in skin care. 
  • Natural cleanser- mildly removes dirt and oil without causing irritation. 
  • Skin moisturizer-penetrates deep into the skin layer.
  • Relieves itchiness.
  • Excellent treatment for acne. 
  • Evens out skin tone by smoothing blotchy areas.
  • Beneficial in treatment for dandruff, itchy scalp, hair loss.



How to use: Take a tsp of cleanser in your palm and apply on wet face. Rub a little and massage in circular motion. Wash it off and you're done.

  2. This product is real good.. can even use as a quick fix face pack with curd or even tomato pulp.i use it with lemon for cleansing.I lik d feel of it too

Yes I totally agree with the above blogger.....I am using this from past 5 months nd I hav seen so much improvement in my skin...this is the best product nd yes to this product I also add curd tomato pulp nd also lemon juice sometimes....it not only exfoliates but also brightens the skin....2 thumbs up to this product...
